WURILUV · Trust & community
A welcoming community does not happen by accident. These guidelines apply to profiles, posts, groups, discussions, messages and interactions connected with WURILUV. They sit alongside our terms and privacy policy.
Revised
01 An adult community
WURILUV is for people aged 18 and over who can lawfully use the service. Do not misrepresent your age, create an account for a minor or help someone evade an age restriction. Email activation confirms control of an email address; it is not an identity or age check.
02 Respect people, not just opinions
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or dehumanise others. Hateful attacks based on nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics are not welcome. Disagreement is allowed; targeted abuse and repeated unwanted contact are not.
03 Consent and boundaries come first
A match, reply or friendly conversation is not consent to sexual content, contact elsewhere or an offline meeting. Stop when someone says no or stops responding. Do not send unsolicited sexual content or publish intimate images without the clear consent of everyone depicted, including manipulated or AI-generated intimate images.
04 No exploitation or sexual content involving minors
Grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking and sexualised material involving anyone under 18 are prohibited. If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse material, do not download, forward or attach it to a report. Report the location or account and contact the appropriate authorities where necessary.
05 Protect personal information
Do not post another person's address, phone number, identity documents, location, private messages or photos without permission. Avoid exposing your own sensitive information. Login restrictions and directory hiding cannot prevent screenshots or access to a direct media URL. Review profile visibility before posting.
06 Be yourself; do not deceive
Nicknames are welcome; impersonation, stolen photos, fake official accounts and misleading claims are not. Clearly label synthetic or substantially altered material if it could be mistaken for a real person or event. Do not buy or sell accounts or create replacement accounts to evade restrictions.
07 No scams, solicitation or spam
Do not request money through a manufactured relationship, promote fraudulent investments or cryptocurrency schemes, distribute phishing links or pressure people to move to another service. Never ask for passwords, verification codes or bank details. Bulk messaging, unauthorised advertising, scraping and automated account creation are prohibited.
08 Share responsibly and lawfully
Only share content you have the right to use. Do not distribute malware, facilitate violence, promote illegal goods or services, or post instructions intended to harm others. Do not encourage self-harm. If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than relying on a community report.
09 Take care beyond the screen
WURILUV does not screen members or guarantee an introduction, relationship or offline meeting. If you choose to meet, consider a public place, independent travel and telling someone you trust. Do not let urgency, affection or pressure override your boundaries. You never owe anyone money or a meeting.
10 Report, block and ask for help
Use the report link or contact page with the relevant member or page, approximate time and a concise description. Share only necessary information and do not attach illegal or intimate material. Reporting is not a guarantee of an immediate response. Blocking limits supported direct messages and friend requests; it does not erase shared group content or other people's copies.
Do not retaliate against someone for reporting, organise mass reports or knowingly make false allegations. If you cannot log in, email wuriluv@neo-korea.com. For emergencies, use your local emergency services.
11 Fair review and an opportunity to appeal
Depending on severity, context and repetition, moderation may include requesting a change, removing content, warning a member, limiting features, suspending or closing an account. Urgent protective action may precede notice when needed to prevent harm, protect an investigation or comply with law.
When it is safe and lawful to do so, we explain the reason and how to appeal. Send an appeal to wuriluv@neo-korea.com with the affected account, decision and relevant context. Do not include passwords. We review the information available; translations of member content may be imperfect, so language and context matter.
