WURILUV · Trust & community
These terms describe the use of WURILUV, an adult community for friendship and cultural exchange. Revision published 16 September 2026: it applies to new registrations from that date and to existing members from 16 October 2026. Continuing to use the service is not a substitute for consent where separate consent is required by law. This revision clarifies adult eligibility, community safety and moderation, contact and reporting channels, data handling and member rights.
Revised
01 Who these terms apply to
These terms govern the relationship between the WURILUV operator and people accessing its website and community features. The community guidelines explain conduct standards; the privacy policy explains personal-data processing. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by these documents.
02 Eligibility and registration
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service. Register with your own valid email address, a username, password and nickname, and complete email activation. A legal name, telephone number, identity document or payment information is not required for the current signup flow.
You may not impersonate someone else or register for a minor. We may refuse or restrict registration for a substantiated safety, legal or abuse-prevention reason. Email activation does not certify a person's identity, age or trustworthiness.
03 Your account and security
Keep your email address current, choose a unique password of at least 12 characters and do not share access or verification codes. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for your own intentional or negligent misuse, subject to applicable law; this does not relieve the operator of its own responsibilities.
04 Community features and availability
Current features include profiles, groups, discussions, activity, member messaging, visibility preferences, blocking and reporting. The current community does not require a paid membership and does not provide a marketplace, escrow or investment service. Any future paid service would require separate information and agreement before a charge.
Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We aim to give advance notice of material changes where practical and to explain unexpected disruptions when possible. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular relationship outcome or the accuracy of every member contribution.
05 Acceptable use
Follow the community guidelines. Do not engage in harassment, exploitation, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, unauthorised disclosure, malware distribution or illegal conduct. Do not scrape member data, automate abusive access, defeat restrictions or interfere with the service. Respect another person's refusal and do not seek passwords, money or financial details through pressure or deception.
06 Your content and our limited licence
You retain rights in content you create and must have the rights and permissions necessary to share it. You grant WURILUV a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, format and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, honour your visibility choices and address safety or legal obligations.
This licence does not authorise selling your content, using your private messages in advertising or granting unrelated promotional rights. Removing content ends the licence for future ordinary display, except for copies reasonably required for backups, legal preservation or content already shared by others. We may not be able to remove copies outside our control.
07 Privacy and visibility
The privacy policy describes the information we process, purposes, retention, recipients and your rights. Member-only pages are not a confidentiality guarantee. Nicknames and contributions may be visible in their context, members can copy what they see, and direct media URLs may remain accessible. Hiding from the member directory does not make every profile, post or shared file private.
Do not upload sensitive information about yourself or others unnecessarily. Interface language selection does not automatically translate member posts or private messages.
08 Reports, moderation and appeals
Report concerns through the reporting tool, contact form or wuriluv@neo-korea.com. We may restrict content or accounts proportionately based on severity, credible information, repetition and legal obligations. We seek to give the reason and an opportunity to appeal, unless this would create a safety risk, prejudice a lawful investigation or be prohibited by law.
Appeals may be sent to the support email with the account and relevant context. A report is not an emergency request or a guarantee of immediate action. Blocking applies to supported interactions and cannot undo earlier sharing or activity outside WURILUV.
09 Leaving WURILUV
You may close your account through the available account settings or ask the privacy contact for help. Review and, where available, remove content you no longer want to share before closing the account. Some discussions, recipient-held messages, lawful preservation records or protected backups may remain as explained in the privacy policy; we do not promise that every copy disappears immediately.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, legal requirements or substantiated security risks. We apply proportionate measures and the review process above. Closing an account does not remove rights or obligations that lawfully survive closure.
10 Responsibility and legal rights
Members make their own decisions about conversations, links and offline meetings. WURILUV is not a background-check, matchmaking-guarantee, financial-advice or emergency-response service. We take reasonable steps within our role, but cannot guarantee another person's conduct or the absence of every technical risk.
Each party's liability is determined under applicable law, including the nature of fault and causation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including relevant consumer or data-protection rights. The fact that a service is free is not a blanket waiver of the operator's liability.
11 Notices and changes to these terms
We publish the version, proposed effective date and material changes on the website and use an appropriate additional notification channel when needed. Changes materially adverse to existing members will normally be announced at least 30 days in advance; urgent legal or security measures may require a shorter period, with an explanation where lawful.
We will seek explicit consent where required and do not treat silence as consent to a new data-processing purpose. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the affected service and close your account without giving up rights you already have. Earlier terms may be requested from the support contact.
12 Contact, language and disputes
Contact WURILUV at wuriluv@neo-korea.com. The privacy contact is JEONGWU SEOK (석정우). We first seek to resolve concerns in good faith; you remain free to contact a regulator, mediation body or competent court.
The service is operated from Korea and these terms use Korean law as their governing framework, without depriving you of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights applicable in your location. Competent courts are determined by applicable law, not an exclusive operator-selected court.
English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean versions are provided with the same section structure. If a translation is unclear or inconsistent, contact us for clarification; language differences do not waive mandatory rights. We do not claim that offering a translation alone establishes compliance with every country's laws.
