Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between WURILUV (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and its members when using the Company’s services on its internet site (wuriluv.com).

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Member: A customer who agrees to the terms and registers to use the site.
  2. User: Any individual who uses the service, whether registered or not.
  3. ID: A unique combination of characters and numbers assigned to identify a member.
  4. Password: A combination of characters and numbers set by the member for security purposes.
  5. Nickname: An alternative identifier used to distinguish members apart from their ID.
  6. Post: Any content (text, images, videos, links, etc.) submitted by users.
  7. I-PIN: An online alternative identity verification method replacing national ID numbers.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes)

  1. These terms apply to all members using the services.
  2. The terms take effect once posted and agreed to during registration.
  3. The Company may revise the terms in compliance with applicable laws and notify members of changes at least 7 days before they take effect.
  4. Members who disagree with revised terms may terminate their account. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Article 4 (Supplementary Provisions)
Matters not specified here are governed by applicable laws and detailed service guidelines provided by the Company.


Chapter 2: Service Usage Agreement

Article 5 (Formation of Agreement)
The agreement is formed when a user applies for service and the Company accepts the application. Clicking “Agree” during registration constitutes acceptance.

Article 6 (Application Requirements)
Users must provide accurate information, including ID, password, I-PIN, name, nickname, and email.

Article 7 (Approval and Restrictions)
The Company may reject or suspend applications for reasons such as:

  • Use of false or unauthorized information.
  • Intent to use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Previous termination of user privileges due to violations, except after a 6-month waiting period and explicit reapproval.

Chapter 3: Service Usage

Article 9 (Service Commencement)
Services begin immediately upon the formation of the agreement unless specific eligibility conditions apply.

Article 10 (Service Hours)
Services are available 24/7, except during maintenance or unavoidable circumstances, which will be announced in advance.

Article 11 (Service Changes and Suspension)
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services due to operational or technical reasons. Important changes will be communicated to users in advance.

Article 12 (User Content)
The Company may remove or restrict posts that:

  • Violate public order or moral standards.
  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
  • Promote illegal activities or cause disputes among users.

Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
Members retain copyright over their posts but grant the Company the right to use the content within the platform and related services, as specified.


Chapter 4: Responsibilities and Limitations

Article 17 (Company Obligations)

  • Provide stable and secure services.
  • Protect personal information in compliance with the privacy policy.
  • Address legitimate user complaints promptly.

Article 18 (User Obligations)

  • Provide accurate information during registration and update changes promptly.
  • Protect ID and password security.
  • Avoid using the service for commercial or unlawful purposes without permission.

Chapter 5: Termination and Restrictions

Article 19 (Termination and Restrictions)
Members may terminate their accounts at any time through the withdrawal function. The Company may restrict or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.


Chapter 6: Compensation and Disputes

Article 20 (Compensation)
The Company is liable for damages caused by willful or gross negligence but is not responsible for issues arising from free services.

Article 21 (Exemptions)
The Company is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions due to force majeure or user negligence.
  • Loss of data or expected profits.
  • Disputes between users or with third parties using the service.

Article 22 (Notifications)
Notifications to members are sent via email or posted on the service platform.

Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement. If unresolved, the competent court at the Company’s headquarters will have jurisdiction.
